We came in for triple treat and it was fantastic. Good, fast and friendly service and the food was piping hot, fresh and delicious. Top marks for rocomamas Town Square!!!!!!!

My waitress was an absolute gem. Her name is Princess and she is a real sweetheart. She went above and beyond and only due to her I'd definitely come back. My only issue is that there is no bathroom inside and that results in you not being able to have a few more drinks as the one outside costs R2 each time you want to use it. That does kill the experience. Overall, it was a good night out. The food was all done well. Please guys... You get biodegradable plastic straws. You try drinking a milkshake with paper straws... It dampers the experience. Management, please look after Princess. She's a good employee.

The staff are just awesome. They’re friendly and they make you feel really comfortable as soon as you enter. This was actually the first restaurant that I’ve been to where the manager was genuinely a nice person which is new to me seeing as managers(at other restaurants) usually just walk around and wait till your mouth is full of food so that they can ask you if you’re fine and then you have to try and mumble and say “yes” because you feel disgusted with the way you ‘attacked’ your plate of food and you just want them to walk away from you so that you can continue eating your food as violently as you were This is one of the few places that I’ve given a full 5-stars to because everything just seems so perfect...you’re well taken care of, the food portions are great, the staff are friendly, the atmosphere in general is just great A little side note: I’ve ordered many MANY items from the sides menu as well as most of the desserts and the two items that I’d recommend you try, and order whenever you get the chance to, are the ChilliCheez** Fries and the Cookies&Cream waffles

Frank service was outstanding. Very patient and diligent. He switched on the heater for us and that touched my heart. Thank you for the delicious meal, service and atmosphere. This felt like home. Again, Shout Out to Frank!!!!

Fantastic example of the franchise! Great staff, great food and easily the best burgers for miles! A basic selection of craft beers is appreciated (If pricey) though their use of paper straws quickly renders any fizzy drink flat in seconds (Along with potentially projecting your drink all over the table by the straw from the de-carbonisation). Overall, a great place for a bite to eat
